Then……..

Every 4 Minutes at 0:00, 4:00, 8:00 and 12:00 (Cut off each round is 3 minutes)

30-50 Mountain Climbers (depending on conditioning level)

20 DB Hang Snatch, Alt

20 Jumping Squats
