    Squat Snatch 1RM = 175# (PR’d this on Sunday, so close to getting 180 today though)

    Happy Birthday Janice…maybe we are showing up at different times but I haven’t seen you in awhile. I hope to run into you soon.

    As for today’s WOD ? I secretly want to sneak out the back door when OHS is on the board.. I fear it, I loathe it, but I keep showing up .
