6 Week Beginner Challenge

Couch to CrossFit

Our 6 Week Beginner Challenge is a great way to get off the couch and into Crossfit. Get back in shape with intense workouts while learning the fundamentals of CrossFit led by one of our Crossfit certified coaches.




Our 60 minute CrossFit classes are the backbone of our community. A CFWC coach will instruct each class through a specific warm-up followed by the workout of the day (WOD). Crossfit workouts include weightlifting, gymnastics, metabolic conditioning and are different every day. Coaches will help athletes modify workouts based on their fitness level, needs, and limitations.



Beginners (On-Ramp 1on1)

Our beginners program is designed to prepare each individual for group classes by teaching the fundamentals of Crossfit in 1on1 dynamic. More importantly, our coaches will help assess each athlete’s strengths and weaknesses through a flexibility and mobility screen, strength balance testing and metabolic conditioning.



Personal Training

Working 1on1 with a coach will take your fitness journey to the next level. Our trainers will help individualize your program so you get the most out of your time in the gym. Virtual CrossFit

Virtual online classes are another way to engage in our community without leaving the comfort of your home. We will teach you how to get fit using minimal equipment while maximizing results.



Barbell Club

Our Barbell Club Membership is perfect for any individual who wants to concentrate on weightlifting. Register for our open gym option or get individualized programming. Contact us to discuss the best option for you and your goals.



Competition Training

Our competition prep program is specifically geared toward preparing athletes for local, regional and national competitions. Athletes must have at least 6 months of Crossfit experience, be well rounded in all of the foundation movements, and be able to perform them at a high level.



50+ Legends

A class specifically designed for our mature athletes 50 years and older. This slower moving class is designed for the older athlete to improve strength and conditioning so that we can stay functional later in life when it’s most important.
