Our beginners program is designed to prepare each individual for continued success with teaching the fundamentals of Crossfit and Nutrition. New students can start 1on1 or with a 6 Week Group Challenge.

Our 60 minute CrossFit classes are the backbone of our community. A CFWC coach will instruct each class through a specific warm-up followed by the workout of the day (WOD).
