“Filthy Fifty” For time: 50 Box jump, 24/20 inch box 50 Jumping pull-ups 50 Kettlebell swings, 53/35 Walking Lunge, 50 steps 50 Knees to elbows 50 Push press, 45 pounds 50 Back extensions (first come first serve in the wod for the GHD’s but I will show you a scaling for that move) 50 Wall ball shots, 20/14 pound ball 50 Burpees 50 Double unders (If you are under 6 mos with us, or have any limitations you will scale reps scheme accordingly i.e. forty reps for all, 30’s etc)
