Complete the following rep scheme with a partner. Only 1 person may work at a time on DU. However, when  DU are completed, partners may work at the same time, but not on the same movement. For example, while partner A is doing PP, partner B may rest or do Pull-ups.

    Goal: No more numbness in my thumb after I hook grip my snatch
    Outside Goal: Get closer to potential on clean (Tits are limiting factor) and compete in the large breast division at local comps

    *Can’t say I’m close on either Goal! Although I rock on chest to bar and hand release
