10 Rounds:

20 pullups

30 Pushups

40 Situps

50 Air Squats

*Partner A will start Round 1 of the workout . Partner B cannot start until partner A is finished the first 20 pull-ups. Partner B may not start the next movement until partner A is finished the required rep scheme for that movement. In other words, partner B cannot move ahead of partner A. The next round may not start until partner B is finished the 50th air squat.

Our Halloween Party is Friday evening from 6pm-10pm. Dress up and bring your best Chili for our annual chili cookoff!

Evening Class Schedule:

4pm: CrossFit

5pm: Canceled

6pm-10pm: Halloween Party. Kids welcome.
