10 Single Arm KB Squat Clean Thruster 53/35 5L/5R
5 Wall Climbs

    While hoisting a 40 pound bag of snow melting pellets from the cart to my car today, a nice man offered to help. Even before cross fit, I did not need help with 40 pounds, but it definitely felt good to thank him but decline the help.
    Had he asked me to overhead squat it, I would have been in trouble.
