15 Min to a heavy Snatch + 2 OHS

Then…

Death By: Burpee over the bar + Power Snatch, 95/63

Complete 1 burpee over the bar + 1 power snatch in min 1, 2 burpees over the bar + 2 power snatches in min 2, 3 burpees over the bar + 3 power snatches in min 3. Continue this pattern until you are no longer able to complete the number of reps for that minute. If you go out early, feel free to stick to a rep scheme you can complete every minute until the last person is out.

Scoring: Min 1: 2 reps, Min 2: 6 reps, Min 3: 12 reps, Min 4: 20 reps, Min 5: 30 reps, Min 6: 42 reps,

Min 7: 56, Min 8: 72, Min 9: 90, Min 10: 110, Min 11: 132, Min 12: 156……
