The “WOD” is the “workout of the day.” Each day a new WOD is posted to Crossfitwc.com, and it’s part of a complete program designed to improve strength and conditioning.
The CFWC Coaches will help you find a weight that’s manageable to use as well as find and substitute movements you can perform.
CFWC offers a variety of flexible options, however the value of what is offered at CFWC does not carry a price tag. Please call to set up an appointment and free into sessions to learn all about our prices and over all value.
Our Coaches evaluate your movement during your free intro class to determine whether or not you need on-ramp training. We find that most people with CrossFit experience only need one or two sessions to learn our terminology and our expectations of movements.
Yes. We offer personal training as well as many other programs like Olympic Lifting, mobility, group classes, and competition training. Please see our Programs page for more information.
Yes, we have multiple shower rooms. Although we have showers, we do not offer towels or soap and ask that nothing is left in the shower rooms when you are finished.
