Private Coaching is a very effective way to achieve your individual fitness goals. Your coach will work with you 1on1 to assess your movement and design a program that specifically targets improving your deficiencies while optimizing your strengths. Private coaching is recommended if you have specific goals, been sedentary for a long period of time, or just prefer the additional attention and accountability.
