3 RM Back Squat then 2 back down sets at 90%

12 min Chelsea
Chelsea is Cindy completed every min on the min for 30 min
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Air squats
Do a practice round or two to see and modify what you can get done in the minute.  I.e. maybe 3 6 9 etc to last the whole 12 min.

    I highly recommend the SPEAR class for every zombie. We need all the help we can defending our self against the humans.
