Getting Started at CrossFit West Chester
Step 1: (INTRODUCTION SESSION)
First E-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 888-338-9366 to set up your FREE introductory session with one of our experience coaches. This 1 hour session that will include a movement screen to assess full body functionality and help detect underlying issues before they start. We will also take each person through four fitness test to help evaluate their current level of fitness. These tests will help determine how many private sessions someone needs before joining a class membership.
Please print out and complete a copy of our Health Waiver before arriving.
Step 2: (1 on 1 On Ramp Program)
Our on-ramp program is a proven system to get any student prepared
for a CrossFit Class setting. This program is one on one private
coaching that is customized to each students strengths and
weaknesses. At the completion of this program, students will have a high
level understanding in gymnastics, strength training, Olympic lifting and nutrition. The program includes nutrition counseling and body fat analysis. Most students need between 10-20 sessions until they are ready to jump into a fast pace class atmosphere.
Step 3: (MEMBERSHIP ENROLLMENT)
Upon completion of the On-Ramp program, the student is ready to enroll into a membership. We offer 3x/week ($125) and unlimited ($175). Your coach will help
you decide on the best option for your goals and lifestyle.
We offer a 15% discount for all military, law enforcement, fire fighters, and first responders.
Student and family packages are also available.
