Step 1: (INTRODUCTION SESSION)
This 1 hour session will include a movement screen to assess full body functionality and help detect underlying issues before starting.
We will also take each person through a fitness test to help evaluate their current level of fitness. These tests will help determine how many private sessions someone needs before joining a class membership.
Please print out and complete a copy of our Health Waiver before arriving.
Step 2: (1 on 1 On Ramp Program)
Our on-ramp program is a proven system to get any student prepared
for a CrossFit Class setting.
This program is a one on one private
coaching session that is customized to each student’s strengths and
At the completion of this program, students will have a high
level understanding in gymnastics, strength training, Olympic lifting and nutrition.
The program includes nutrition counseling and body fat analysis.
Most students need between 10-20 sessions until they are ready to jump into a fast pace class atmosphere.
Step 3: (MEMBERSHIP ENROLLMENT)
Upon completion of the On-Ramp program, the student is ready to enroll into a membership.
Your coach will help you decide on the best option for your goals and lifestyle.
We offer a 15% discount for all military, law enforcement, fire fighters, and first responders.
Student and family packages are also available.
What is a WOD?
The “WOD” is the “workout of the day.” Each day a new WOD is posted to Crossfitwc.com, and it’s part of a complete program designed to improve strength and conditioning.
What if I can't use the recommended weight or perform the programmed movements?
The CFWC Coaches will help you find a weight that’s manageable to use as well as find and substitute movements you can perform.
What does it cost?
CFWC offers a variety of flexible options, however the value of what is offered at CFWC does not carry a price tag. Please call to set up an appointment and free into sessions to learn all about our prices and over all value.
I have been doing Crossfit for months/years. do I need to do the on-ramp program?
Our Coaches evaluate your movement during your free intro class to determine whether or not you need on-ramp training. We find that most people with CrossFit experience only need one or two sessions to learn our terminology and our expectations of movements.
Do you offer personal training?
Yes. We offer personal training as well as many other programs like Olympic Lifting, mobility, group classes, and competition training. Please see our Programs page for more information.
Do you have Showers?
Yes, we have multiple shower rooms. Although we have showers, we do not offer towels or soap and ask that nothing is left in the shower rooms when you are finished.
